Muppets to recieve brand-new show
2015 at 11:48 am by admin | Comments Off
Television studio ABC is set to bring the Muppets back to TVs across the nation with a new series! The series will feature the return of a number of beloved Muppet characters like Kermit, Miss Piggy, Gonzo, and others, but with a twist. The producers of the new series hope to gear the new show towards a more adult audience, who grew up with these beloved puppet characters. The new show will instead focus more on the personal lives of the Muppets, shown off in a comedic documentary-style show similar to fan favorites like “The Office” and “Arrested Development”.
Using this opportunity, the directors hope to build upon the individual personalities and relationships of the Muppets not often seen in their previous, children-focused shows and movies. Specifics of the program are still under wraps, but ABC hopes to release more info on this new series later in the year.

First look at new Thunderbirds series
2015 at 03:54 pm by admin | Comments Off
The original “Thunderbirds” television show, which aired from 1964 to 1966, astounded viewers across the world with its use of miniatures and iconic puppets in order to create a thrilling television series for children and adults alike. Over 50 years since the show’s original airing, the Thunderbirds are coming back to television with “Thunderbirds are Go!”, thanks to ITV Studios and Pukeko Pictures!
This new series will span 52 episodes across two seasons, and continue to follow the Tracy family and their rescue exploits.
In the newest teaser released earlier this February, fans got their first look at the scenery of the new Thunderbirds series, compliments of special effects and model team WETA Workshop, who are best known for their work on the Lord of the Rings franchise. The trailer shows off the new animation style used in “Thunderbirds are Go!”, which is a combination of CGI and classic miniature models. The trailer shows off iconic vistas, like Tracy Island’s various rooms and hangars. The new Thunderbirds series is set to begin airing on April 15th, with more news to come as we get closer to release.
